Recently, we welcomed a customer from the United States to visit our scrap tyre recycling machine factory. The customer was particularly interested in three types of equipment: tire debeader, tire shredder, and rubber powder machine. During the visit, our sales representative Lily warmly received the customer, introduced the main equipment, and explained the complete tire recycling process.
The factory visit gave the customer an opportunity to learn more about our machinery, understand how different machines work together, and explore suitable solutions for waste tire recycling.
A Warm Welcome and Factory Tour
Upon arrival, our sales representative Lily greeted the American customer and accompanied them on a tour of our factory.
During the visit, Lily introduced our scrap tyre recycling machine, explained the functions of different machines, and answered the customer’s questions about the processing steps.
Rather than simply showing individual machines, we focused on explaining how each piece of equipment works within a complete tire recycling system. This helped the customer better understand the relationship between tire processing, steel wire separation, shredding, and rubber powder production.

Three Key Machines the Customer Was Interested In
The customer showed particular interest in the following three types of scrap tyre recycling machine.
1. Tire Debeader – Removing Steel Wire from Waste Tires
The tire debeader is designed to pull out the steel wire embedded in the bead area of waste tires.
During the factory tour, Lily explained how the machine grips and extracts the steel wire from the tire bead. Removing the bead wire before further processing helps reduce the load on downstream equipment and makes subsequent shredding more efficient.
For customers handling large quantities of waste tires, this machine is an important part of the tire recycling process.

2. Tire Shredder – Reducing Whole Tires into Smaller Pieces
After bead wire removal, waste tires can enter the tire shredder for size reduction.
The tire shredder machine cuts whole tires into smaller rubber pieces, making them easier to handle and process in the following stages.
Lily introduced the machine’s working structure and demonstrated how its cutting system processes waste tires. She also explained that the final output size can be adjusted according to the requirements of the subsequent processing equipment.
Tire shredders are widely used in waste tire recycling plants as an essential step before further rubber processing.

3. Rubber Powder Machine – Producing Rubber Granules and Powder
The rubber powder machine is used to further process shredded tire pieces into rubber granules or fine rubber powder.
During the explanation, Lily introduced the grinding and separation process. The equipment can grind rubber materials into different particle sizes according to production requirements.
Our tire recycling system can produce:
- Rubber granules: Approximately 1–5 mm
- Rubber powder: Commonly 10–40 mesh, with finer sizes available depending on the configuration.
The system also incorporates screening and magnetic separation to remove steel wire particles and improve the purity of the final rubber material.
This allows customers to obtain rubber products suitable for different applications, such as rubber mats, rubber tiles, playground surfaces, and other rubber products.

Understanding the Complete Tire Recycling Process
During the factory visit, Lily also explained the complete waste tire recycling process to the customer, showing how each machine works together to turn waste tires into rubber granules or powder.
Based on the customer’s tire sizes, we introduced the following processing flow:
- Tire Debeader : First, the machine extracts the steel wire embedded in the tire beads, preparing the tires for further processing.
- Tire Cutter : The tire cutter cuts tires with the bead wire removed into several sections, making them easier to shred. Since the customer’s tires were relatively small, this step could be skipped, allowing the tires to enter the tire shredder directly.
- Tire Shredder : The tire shredder processes whole tires or cut tire sections into smaller rubber pieces.
- Rubber Powder Machine : The shredded rubber pieces are further ground into rubber granules or powder of the required particle size.
- Fiber Separator : The fiber separator removes nylon fibers from the rubber material, further improving the purity of the finished rubber products.
Each stage has a specific function, and the scrap tyre recycling machine configuration can be adjusted according to the customer’s raw materials, required output, and final product size.
By introducing the complete process, Lily helped the customer understand not only the performance of individual machines but also how a complete tire recycling plant operates.

Discussing Customer Requirements and Suitable Solutions
Throughout the visit, our team communicated with the customer about their interest in scrap tyre recycling machine and the processing technology.
Different tire recycling projects may require different machine configurations. Factors such as tire diameter, production capacity, required rubber particle size, and the desired final product all influence equipment selection.
We believe that understanding the customer’s actual requirements is an important first step in recommending suitable machinery.
Our team was pleased to share our experience in waste tire processing and provide detailed explanations of the available equipment.
